At Aida Steel Fabricators, we are equipped to handle large fabrication jobs. Our overhead cranes and 30’ building height allow us to take on projects of all sizes. We have experience in both commercial and industrial sectors, so no job is too big or too small for us.

2. We'll provide you with a quote: We'll let you know how much it will cost and how long it will take to fabricate your project.

3. We'll fabricate your project: Once you've approved the quote, we'll get to work on fabricating your project.

Welding is one of the most important industrial manufacturing processes. It is used to connect two or more metal parts together by melting and joining it.

Quality assurance is important in any manufacturing process, but it is especially critical when welding. There are a lot of factors that can affect the quality assurance process. Welding processes include:

- Arc welding : Welding with an electric arc between the weld pool and the base metal, typically through an open circuit or an alternating current source of electricity

- Resistance welding : Welding by heating with a continuous electric current from a small diameter wire electrode exhausting heat at both ends, typically through a closed circuit

- Gas welding : Using gas flame as the heat source for resistance welding
